  1. And God created woman and man and all the other critters found on this sizzling sandy beach outside St-Tropez. Tahiti is France’s most infamous beach, mainly because of all the topless or bottomless action going on. Ever since the days of Brigitte Bardot, this beach has been a favorite of movie stars. It’s very cruisy and very animated, with a French nonchalance about nudity. If you bother to wear a bikini, it should be only the most daring. - Frommer's Guide (more info here)

  2. Called "notoriously decadent," Plage de Tahiti occupies the north end of the 3 1/2-mile-long Pampellone. 3. Located on the northern side of Pampelonne, this beach is hot, Hot, HOT! A favorite of the rich and famous, Plage de Tahiti is a fashionable haven dotted with cafés and trendy restaurants.
